Course and Overview

The PMO-CP© is grounded in the PMO VALUE RING© methodology, developed by the PMO Global Alliance Community in a research project that involved more than 120 seasoned PMO Leaders from several countries. The PMO VALUE RING© methodology provides a step by step to set up, assess, redesign and monitor PMOs to generate value perception for PMO stakeholders and the organization.

PMO-CP Training
