Account Manager

Job Description:

  1. Identify potential customers or prospects who may be interested in the products or services offered.
  2. Introduce the product or service to potential customers, explain its benefits, and answer their questions.
  3. Negotiate with potential customers to reach favorable agreements, including price, payment terms, and more.
  4. Provide good service, including responding to customer questions and problems.
  5. Report sales results, follow sales progress, and monitor progress in achieving sales targets.
  6. Conduct market research to understand trends, competition and customer needs that can influence sales strategies.
  7. Build good relationships with existing customers and have the potential to maintain their loyalty.
  8. Look for new opportunities to reach new customers and expand the customer base.

Requirements:

  1. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as marketing, business management, or a similar field.
  2. Fresh graduate / Having min 1 year experience in sales, especially according to the industry or product offered, would be an added advantage.
  3. Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Have the ability to negotiate with customers and reach agreements.
  5. Capable of planning and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  6. Have a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  7. Good Management Skills.
  8. Understand the product or service being sold and explain it well to potential customers.
